SSP-033: Tunic and dress for Blythe.

I'm working through a few requests, very slowly, but they will happen eventually!  This one is for a tunic/dress for Blythe.  (It's a completer reworking of pattern SSP-017 for Ellowyne Wilde)

Available now in my Etsy shop:

My Craftsy store:

Or here on the blog: (via Sellfy)

Etsy will charge EU customers VAT (This does not affect America or other non-EU countries).  I always recommend people to look in my Craftsy store anyway, as the prices fluctuate, due to the international exchange rates.  I always suggest comparing prices.

If you wish to buy directly from me, I can supply a PayPal invoice and email the pattern to you within 24 hours.  Usually it will be faster than that, I'm just allowing for the potential differences in time zones.

I've been suffering poor health, so production has slowed right down, but now I'm picking up the needle and thread again, so hopefully this summer will see some nice new patterns.

Here's the new Blythe look:

Both garments are fully lined.   The little tunic is fairly easy to make. You could make it with puff sleeves, or with a ruffle.

The dress is little bit more intermediate, but if you're not used to sewing in sleeves, puff sleeves are good for a first attempt.  They're a little easier to sew than a severely fitted sleeve.   You can make this dress sleeveless if you want,  or omit the ruffle.

It's also easy to lengthen the dress by cutting a deeper ruffle.

So that's me for now.  My apologies for my silence, but as I say I haven't been feeling too well.  Facebook can be a bit overwhelming at times for me, and the blog does suffer.  I'm a great believer in only posting when I'm feeling cheerful and well!  :)
